Holiday Schedule & Returns Notice
Please note that our factory will be closed for the holidays.
Orders placed between December 17 and January 5 will be processed and delivered starting January 9.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from receiving your return.
For orders placed between December 8 and December 21, the return period is extended to 20 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Policy – Returns & Exchanges and Refunds
If your purchase is not exactly what you’re looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
We offer returns in the original form of payment.
Please make sure the item(s) you are sending back comply with the following return conditions:

Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached including our security pink tag.

We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used.

We strictly do not accept returns that have been worn for press and styling purposes including photoshoots.

Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

GEAKA reserves the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns or Exchanges Process for Orders Within Romania

In your GEAKA package you will find the RETURN FORM; please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM online here.

If you want to exchange a product, please fill in the EXCHANGE section on the return form. At the moment, this service is only available for domestic orders.

Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt that came with your order, the return form (if filled out by hand), close the box, and tape it securely.

Post your parcel using any of your preferred methods. Please note that if you choose to use our Cargus shipping account, a €4 cost will be deducted from the refund.
Returns Process for All International Orders

In your GEAKA package you will find the RETURN FORM; please fill it out with all the information requested. You can also fill out the RETURN FORM online here.

Place the item(s) in the original box together with the original or a copy of the receipt, the return form (if filled out by hand), and close the box, taping it securely.

Attach your Return Label to the outside of the box. Make sure it is visible, as it will need to be scanned by the courier.

Contact the FedEx courier and schedule a pick-up using our FedEx account written on the Return Label or contact us to help scheduling the pick-up.

Give the Waybill Doc to the courier. To track the return, make a note of the Waybill Number.

Please note the return cost will be deducted from the refund.

Exchanges
Currently, we only offer exchanges for orders placed in Romania. If you placed an order outside of Romania, you can create a new order for the style you wish instead. Refunds
All refunds are made within 7 business days from receiving your return.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our quality control team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding delivery costs.
For orders within Romania, if you used our shipping company, a €4 cost will be deducted from the refund.
All international orders can be returned only via our FedEx account, and the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Delivery costs will be deducted as follows:

EUROPE: €10

OUTSIDE EUROPE: €20
Please note that VAT and customs duties paid by the customer upon receipt of the order are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Costs
Original shipping costs are not refundable.
