1. GENERAL INFO
Welcome to our website www.geaka.ro.
The following terms and conditions are valid between you and GEAKA (may be referred to as “us”, “we”, “Geaka” or “Website”). These terms and conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of our website www.geaka.ro, any of its sub-domains and any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf.
This website is published by MANTRA SRL (Reg. No. J2017001082397 ). All orders you place through this Website and our deliveries and services are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. These general terms apply to all orders on the Site. By using these services, you are agreeing to all of these terms that may vary accordingly to modifications and updates. Any orders placed for a product for sale on the website implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Please read the TCs carefully before placing any orders on www.geaka.ro. We recommend that you keep a copy of the TCs for future reference.
These general terms of sale are governed by the laws of Romania, save for any mandatory provisions to the contrary under the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of June 19, 1980.
We may modify the TCs from time to time. The date of the latest update is found in the final section of the Terms and Conditions. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. Please inform yourself about the applying version of Terms and Conditions before submitting your order. Please note that the terms and conditions valid for your order are always the terms and conditions that you have read and accepted before you have placed your order and not a later version.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of system errors, stock discrepancies, price display errors, payment authorization failure, fraud suspicion or other justified reasons.
2. LANGUAGE
The language of the Terms and Conditions is English.
3. THE CUSTOMER
To be a customer of the Site you must be a consumer, of legal age and with full legal capacity, and you can reside anywhere in the world.
When you register on our website, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us at the following e-mail address contact@geaka.ro. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
Geaka collects personal data on the Site. Such data is required for processing orders and may be communicated, in whole or in part, to our service providers involved in completing the order.
Customers are informed that such personal data is also collected by bodies in charge of analyzing orders and fighting against credit card fraud.
According to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR), you have the right to access, modify, correct, oppose and delete personal data concerning you. You may exercise this right by sending an email to contact@geaka.ro.

4. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION
To create an account, simply click on our newsletter to fill in your details. You may cancel your subscription at any time by notifying Customer Care at contact@geaka.ro.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You have certain rights under the law. In Romania, these include:
That any products you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose, and will conform to any description given on this Site;
Certain remedies if a product is defective. If the product is faulty, we will either replace it free of charge or provide a full refund.
A right to cancel any order for a product within 14 days after the date of receipt of the product, and to receive a full refund if it is not defective.
All products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity valid for 2 years, in accordance with OUG 140/2021. Claims regarding non-conformity can be sent to contact@geaka.ro.
Nothing in the TCs is intended to affect these rights.
6. PLACING AN ORDER
By using our Website and/or placing an order at www.geaka.ro, by telephone +40720035777 or by e-mail contact@geaka.ro, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and the Privacy Policy, and that you accept them.
Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price including all taxes and fees, and correct any input errors.
Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order is completed.
A contract between you and GEAKA is considered concluded only after we send you the Shipping Confirmation email.
7. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is only an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
8. PRICES
The prices shown on the Website include VAT.
Geaka offers free shipping for Romania for orders above €200, and €4 shipping fee for orders below €200.
For international orders, import duties, customs taxes or other governmental charges may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. PAYMENTS
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express (international).
All payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments.
10. SHIPPING
Geaka ships all orders from Focsani, Romania within 3–5 business days (6–10 business days during peak periods).
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 08AM to 16PM EET time. Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends, will be processed on Monday.
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx Express.
The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location [ 3–6 days for all international orders ].
We ship all domestic orders with Urgent Cargus. Our customers receive their orders 1–2 business days from the moment they are shipped.
11. COSTS
COSTS:
The prices shown on the Website include VAT.

Geaka offers free shipping for orders over €200 for Romania, and €4 shipping fee for orders below €200.

For international orders in Europe, shipping fee is 10€.
12. DELIVERY
Geaka ships all orders from Focsani, Romania. We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days; during peak periods, processing may take 6–10 business days.
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM EET. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be processed on the following Monday.
All international orders will be shipped via FedEx Express. The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on the destination (typically 3–6 business days).
We ship all domestic orders with Urgent Cargus. Customers in Romania typically receive their orders within 1–2 business days from the moment they are shipped.
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply.

13. RETURN POLICY
To return items ordered at GEAKA.ro, you must comply with:
Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with original packaging and tags attached.
We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
We do not accept returns for items worn in photo shoots, press use or styling purposes.
Initial shipping cannot be refunded.
Customer bears the cost of returning goods.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the product, without giving any reason, according to OUG 34/2014.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

Holiday Schedule & Returns Notice
Please note that our factory will be closed for the holidays.
Orders placed between December 17 and January 5 will be processed and delivered starting January 9.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from receiving your return.
For orders placed between December 8 and December 21, the return period is extended to 20 days from the date of delivery.
14. STANDARD WITHDRAWAL FORM (REQUIRED BY EU LAW)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance 34/2014, customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason.
