Shipping policy

Geaka ships all orders from Focsani, Romania. We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days, during peak periods it might take up to 6-10 business days.

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 08AM to 16PM EET time. Please bear in mind that orders which are placed during weekends, will be processed on Monday.

All international orders will be shipped via FedEx Express.
The transit time after dispatch may vary depending on location [ 3–6 days for all international orders ].

We ship all domestic orders with Urgent Cargus. Our customers receive their orders 1–2 business days from the moment they are shipped.

COSTS:

The prices shown on the Website include VAT.

• Geaka offers free shipping for orders over €200 for Romania, and €4 shipping fee for orders below €200.

• For international orders in Europe, shipping fee is 10€.

Holiday Schedule & Returns Notice

Please note that our factory will be closed for the holidays.

Orders placed between December 17 and January 5 will be processed and delivered starting January 9.

For orders placed between December 8 and December 21, the return period is extended to 20 days from the date of delivery.
